Once your order is processed, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation with your delivery details.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotions, or weather-related delays, but Wakilni will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all areas covered by Wakilni’s network.
If your location requires special handling or is outside their standard coverage, Wakilni will contact you directly.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Attempts

Wakilni will contact you prior to delivery. If you are unavailable, they will arrange a second delivery attempt.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us at thinkcherrylb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue immediately.
